Shipping and Delivery Questions

We offer multiple delivery options for your convenience, which include pickup from the warehouse or you can utilize recommended third party shippers such as Echo Logistics and Haywood Trucking . If you prefer to arrange your own shipping service to pick up your order, that option is available. The site will allow you to schedule your pickup date and time at your convenience.

Orders are shipped as soon as customers choose their preferred shipping method or have arranged their own shipping carrier. Any orders placed on the weekends are processed and shipped on the next business day.

Once orders have been shipped out of our warehouse and your shipping carrier is in possession of the package, they are responsible for that package.

Once your order is shipped you will be contacted by the shipping company you hire with a tracking number. We will also send a confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our facility or has been picked up by your carrier.

Product Questions

If you are missing an item from your order or were sent the wrong order, please contact our Customer Service team within two days of receiving it and let us know your issue.

If you are to ever receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. We take this issue very seriously. Email us at crc@metplus.org. If the product(s) you requested is a open box item or slightly damaged load, it will state that on the product descriptions and will be as is.
